I’m a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, certified by Dr. Gregory H. Watson — the original designer of ASQ’s Six Sigma training and the only Westerner to receive a Deming Medal. I started in corporate quality at Continental AG and ABB, then moved into hands-on improvement across industries: lean transformation in manufacturing, patient flow analysis in healthcare, and strategic deployment at Eezy Oyj.

I co-created the ESTIEM Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training — now deployed across 70+ universities in Europe. As Head Instructor, I’ve delivered 25+ courses and coached 150+ improvement projects. Through the UN’s International Trade Centre, I’ve worked in eight countries from East Africa to Southeast Asia.

Now, alongside RDMAIC, I train at Vuono Group where we integrate process mining, analytics, and AI into Lean Six Sigma. I’m also building VaRiScout — a variation analysis tool for quality professionals.
