I’m a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, certified by Gregory H. Watson. I started in corporate quality at Continental AG and ABB, then moved into hands-on improvement across industries: lean transformation in manufacturing, patient flow analysis in healthcare, and strategic deployment at Eezy Oyj.

I co-created the ESTIEM Lean Six Sigma Green Belt program, which has grown across 70+ universities in Europe. Over the years, I’ve delivered 25+ Lean Six Sigma courses and coached 150+ improvement projects.

Through the UN International Trade Centre’s Quality Champions Programme, I trained quality professionals and coached them as they applied the methods in real company projects across eight countries, from East Africa to Southeast Asia.

Now, alongside RDMAIC, I train at Vuono Group where we integrate process mining, analytics, and AI into Lean Six Sigma.
